Rick is a professional chef with more than 50 years’ experience! Guests at our cottages are able to book dinner cooked by Rick and delivered to their cottage. This week our guests have enjoyed a wonderful menu prepared by Rick. To start our guests enjoyed delicious home- made Duck Liver Parfait, served with balsamic croutons and home-made garden chutney. For their main course Rick prepared Pork fillet and Mushroom Stroganoff served with baked rice, fennel and courgettes and for dessert he made a delicious Rhubarb and Apple Crumble Served with fresh cream.

Guests need to book in advance- but all say how much they enjoyed this service and how special it was to eat smart restaurant standard food in their own home-from-home cottage.
