This week was one of sadness and joy for us.

We lost our beloved Welsh springer spaniel George this week to an aggressive form of cancer- you may see a few beautiful pictures of him dotted about on our website.

Our initial thought was that George was irreplaceable. To our surprise, the same week we came across a Welsh springer spaniel breeder locally, and before we knew it, we had brought a 10 week old puppy home! His name is Rufus- and he is adorable. He’s not George- he has a personality all of his own. We look forward to introducing him to our guests- and their dogs- over the years to come.
