We always look forward to the arrival of the spring and the start of British summertime. We also very much look forward to the re-opening of Newby Hall and Gardens, only a 15 minute drive from the cottages, in readiness for Easter. Newby Hall really doe shave something for everyone- we love the gardens particularly the wide border beds and never stop being charmed by the miniature train.
